Jason Navarino, chair of Riker Danzig's Corporate and Tax Groups, has been elected to a 3-year term on the Board of Directors of the Business Law Section for the New Jersey State Bar Association (“NJSBA”) effective May 15, 2025. The Business Law Section of the NJSBA serves to provide a platform for lawyers in business law to connect, learn, and participate in shaping the legal landscape. Jason is also currently Chair of the Business Law Section’s Business Taxation Committee and of the International Tax Committee of the Taxation Law Section.
