Environmental Associate Jordan M. Asch will be speaking at the New Jersey State Bar Association’s Environmental Law Section all-day CLE program “Introduction to Environmental Law in a New Climate” on October 18, 2023. Jordan will join other attorneys, policymakers, and environmental professionals to cover the foundations of environmental law and its application in a changing landscape. He will speak specifically on “Freshwater Wetlands and Flood Hazard Areas” at the 11:15 AM session.
