Judge Travis L. Francis, Of Counsel in the Firm’s ADR and Litigation Groups, will be moderating a New Jersey Institute for Continuing Legal Education seminar on Monday, March 4, 2019 entitled “Civil War Lessons for Lawyers: A Dialogue with President Lincoln.” The seminar will feature Civil War reenactor Robert Costello as President Lincoln. “President Lincoln” will share insight on the famous cases he handled as well as the Gettysburg Address. Judge Francis, along with a distinguished legal panel, will tie these conversations to legal practice today. Attendees will walk away with tips on the importance of communication, responsibility, representation and client interaction as they relate to attorney ethics and beyond.
