The New Jersey Law Journal has selected Riker Danzig Corporate and Tax Partner Jason D. Navarino as a “New Leader of the Bar.” Formerly called “40 Under 40,” the Law Journal selects for this honor attorneys typically in their second decade of practice whose achievements in the workplace and public service involvement distinguish them among their peers. Jason is unique in that he has been singled out for this honor while only in his eighth year of practice.
Jason has considerable experience advising both large and small business clients with respect to structuring and documenting domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions and joint ventures in a tax-efficient and tax-compliant manner, forming operating and investment partnerships and limited liability companies, and managing other related tax and corporate matters. Jason also counsels Nonprofit and tax-exempt organizations with respect to tax, corporate, employment and intellectual property matters.
All attorneys named as “New Leaders of the Bar” will be featured in a July publication of the New Jersey Law Journal. We congratulate Jason on this well-deserved honor.
