Lauren N. Spitser joined the Firm’s Trusts & Estates Group as an associate. She received her J.D., cum laude, from Brooklyn Law School in 2006. Lauren graduated in 1999 from Lafayette College, cum laude, with a B.A. in Economics and Business/Art. Prior to joining Riker Danzig, Lauren was associated with Lampf, Lipkind, Prupis & Petigrow, P.C. and Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson LLP.
The Insurance Group is pleased to welcome Sara R. David as an associate. Sara received her J.D. from New England School of Law in 2005, where she was Managing Editor of the New England Law Review. She graduated in 2001 with a B.A. in Politics from Brandeis University. Prior to joining Riker Danzig, Sara was associated with Cuomo LLC.
Joanne C. Kalas joined Riker Danzig’s Environmental Group, and is assisting clients with environmental litigation and transactions involving state and federal environmental matters. Joanne received her law degree cum laude from Pace University School of Law in 2010 with certificates in both environmental law and international law. She also has a B.A. in International Relations from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
The Firm’s Products Liability Group welcomed Brett M. Becker as an associate. Brett received his law degree, cum laude, from Wake Forest University School of Law in 2014, where he served as a member of the Wake Forest Law Review and Wake Forest Journal of Business and Intellectual Property. He graduated in 2011 with a B.A., summa cum laude, in Political Science from Clemson University.
