Bankruptcy & Corporate Restructuring

Bankruptcy and Corporate Restructuring Partner Tara J. Schellhorn will be speaking at the Association of the Federal Bar of New Jersey's 2023 William H. Gindin Bankruptcy Bench Bar Conference in Atlantic City on May 12, 2023.  Tara will be a panelist on the "Chapter 11 Potpourri" program, presented by IWIRC-NJ, which will cover a medley of issues arising in Chapter 11 bankruptcies.  Tara will be speaking specifically on the 1111(b) election, which can be a useful tool for secured creditors.
