Bankruptcy and Corporate Restructuring Partner Tara J. Schellhorn will be speaking at the American Bankruptcy Institute’s Winter Leadership Conference on December 13, 2024 in Scottsdale, Arizona. Tara, along with an impressive panel, will be speaking at the “Evidence Workshop: Mastering the Rules of Evidence in Bankruptcy Court – Parts 1 & 2” program and will combine theoretical instruction with hands-on exercises, including mock evidentiary hearings and case study analysis.
