Bethany A. Abele, a partner in Riker Danzig’s Commercial Litigation group and a 2024 New Jersey Law Journal “Women Attorneys of the Year” honoree, is featured in a Q&A titled “Make a Difference Through the 'Little Things,' Bethany Abele Says,” published by the Law Journal on December 19, 2024. In the article, Bethany notes that serving as the 2024 president of the Morris County Bar Association has been a career highlight, particularly in reviving the annual attorney memorial ceremony to honor colleagues who had passed away. Additionally, leading Riker’s annual holiday toy drive is a source of pride for Bethany, bringing joy to children in need. She believes making a difference involves both community service, such as serving on charity boards, and small, thoughtful gestures. To new attorneys, Bethany advises getting involved in organizations to build skills, networks, and meaningful connections. Read the full Q&A here.
