Steven T. Senior practices in the Firm’s Environmental Group. Mr. Senior has over fifteen years of experience with complex regulatory and transactional matters, including site remediation and brownfields redevelopment, environmental and land use permitting, due diligence and enforcement defense. He is a leading attorney involved in the development of New Jersey’s Licensed Site Remediation Professional (LSRP) program and was recently Chair of the New Jersey State Bar Association’s Environmental Law Section. Mr. Senior is frequently involved in litigation addressing hazardous substance liability and appeals of agency decisions or rules. Mr. Senior is admitted to practice in New Jersey and New York.
Dilip B. Patel is a partner in the Firm’s Tax and Trusts & Estates Group, and is resident in the Firm’s New York office. He develops and implements sophisticated tax and estate planning strategies for high net worth individuals, with an emphasis on individuals in the financial industry. Mr. Patel has developed a particular niche in representing principals of trading companies and alternative asset management firms such as hedge fund and private equity fund managers, often serving as the client's lead advisor in his or her legal affairs. In one such representation, Mr. Patel's personal representation of a client led to his serving as general counsel to the client's new hedge fund business, which was one of the largest hedge fund launches of 2010. Mr. Patel received his B.S. in Mechanical Engineering with Honors from the University of Texas in 1993, and his J.D. with Honors also from the University of Texas in 1996. He is admitted to practice in New York and New Jersey.
Khaled John Klele practices in the Firm’s Commercial Litigation Group focusing on contract, construction, corporate governance, health care, products liability and employment disputes. In particular, he has developed a niche in wrongful termination and non-compete actions. Mr. Klele also serves on the New Jersey Supreme Court’s District XB Ethics Committee. He received his undergraduate degree from Rutgers University in 1996 and his J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law in 2000. Mr. Klele is admitted to practice in New Jersey and New York.
Anthony J. Borrelli, a partner in the Firm’s Commercial Litigation Group, has handled a variety of litigation matters and has tried a number of cases to conclusion before judges, juries and arbitration panels. Mr. Borrelli has developed a particular focus on defending claims unique to the securities industry. In 2010 alone, he obtained five favorable securities arbitration awards for the Firm’s clients. Mr. Borrelli also successfully pursued a novel appeal that upheld a party’s ability to seek appellate review of a court order vacating an arbitration award and ordering a re-hearing of the arbitration. Previously, he obtained a “no cause” verdict after a six-day jury trial in which the plaintiff claimed personal injuries, property damage and economic loss due to mold exposure. He graduated Boston College in 1997 and received his law degree from Fordham University School of Law in 2000. Mr. Borrelli is admitted to practice in New Jersey.
Frank J. Vitolo practices in the Firm’s Litigation Group, concentrating on general commercial matters, products liability, securities litigation and real estate disputes. He has obtained favorable outcomes for clients in complex partnership and real estate disputes and has won dismissal of several products liability claims in federal and State courts. Mr. Vitolo is Chairman of the Morristown Republican Committee and was selected to participate in Leadership Morris and the “Branch Out” program of the Family Service of Morris County, two prestigious Morris County organizations for recognized leaders in the community. He received his undergraduate degree, magna cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa, from Boston College in 1995 and his J.D. from George Washington University Law School in 1998. Mr. Vitolo is admitted to practice in New Jersey, New York and the District of Columbia.
