Partner Jason Navarino will be presenting at the NJ State Bar Association’s annual conference in Atlantic City. On Thursday, May 17, 2018, Jason will be speaking at a seminar entitled, “What Every Lawyer Needs to Know About Taxes.” He will cover business entities and business transactions, including recent changes in light of tax reform, and New Jersey’s bulk sale rules. On Friday, May 18, 2018, Jason will participate on a panel entitled, “The Impact of Tax Reform on Business Transactions,” and will be providing an overview of certain provisions of the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act with respect to choice of entity and cross-border transactions.
