On July 30, 2020, attorneys from our Environmental Law Practice Group presented a webinar entitled “NJDEP’s Proposed Remediation Standards Rule and Adoption of Standards for PFAS Compounds,” where they discussed the site remediation standards currently being proposed by the NJDEP, as well as the recently adopted standards for PFAS compounds. They examined the major revisions in the proposed rule and provided insight into how these would affect New Jersey site remediation projects.
