Allen J. Scazafabo, Jr. is a partner in the Firm’s Family Law Group.

Allen is certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a Matrimonial Law Attorney and an R.1:40 Mediator for post-Early Settlement Panel economic mediation. He has experience handling mediations for cases with a wide range of complexity.   He was selected to serve on the Family Law Executive Committee of the New Jersey State Bar Association for the 2017 - 2018 year.

Allen was named to Morris/Essex Health & Life magazine’s “Top Lawyer” list for 2019 for his work in Family Law.  Attorneys were selected for inclusion on the list by an online peer-voting process. Allen received his J.D. degree from the Pennsylvania State University, Dickinson School of Law. After law school, he clerked for the Honorable Terrence R. Nealon in the Pennsylvania Court of Common Pleas.  Allen has been a panelist/speaker for the Essex County Family Law Continuing Legal Education Family Law Class as well as being appointed to the Essex County Family Part Non-Dissolution Planning Committee by the Essex County Family Part Presiding Judge.
