Daniel A. Bloom is an associate in the Firm’s Bankruptcy & Corporate Restructuring Group. Daniel focuses his practice on the representation of debtors and creditors in restructurings and bankruptcies. He has extensive experience in the representation of debtors and secured creditors, as well as in the negotiation and review of commercial contracts and bankruptcy documents.

Daniel received his J.D. degree, cum laude, from Fordham University School of Law in 2008. He graduated from Yeshiva University in 2003 with his B.A., cum laude, in Economics. While in law school, Daniel was a summer law clerk for the Honorable Allan L. Gropper, U.S. Bankruptcy Court, S.D.N.Y. He was included on the Super Lawyers “Rising Star” list by Thomson Reuters in the area of Bankruptcy and Reorganization in 2014. See Awards and Honors Methodology.
