Joshua M. Greenfield is a Partner in the Firm’s Real Estate Group.
Josh has experience in complex commercial real estate matters, including acquisition and sale, land use, financing, drafting construction contracts, and leasing. Chambers USA: America’s Leading Lawyers for Business has included Josh in its 2022 and 2023 publications for Real Estate law.
Thomson Reuters included Josh on the New Jersey Super Lawyers “Rising Stars” list for Real Estate Law since 2019.
While pursuing his J.D., Josh was Managing Editor of the Minnesota Journal of Law, Science and Technology. He also served as a research assistant to Associate Dean Joan Howland.
