Richard C. Kielbania is Counsel in the Firm’s Products Liability Group.  His practice primarily focuses on complex commercial litigation, including mass torts and products liability defense.  His experience includes matters involving insurance coverage and defense, reinsurance and workers’ compensation, as well as the representation of financial institutions in connection with financial services-related litigation.

Prior to returning to Riker Danzig, Richard was a partner at Parker Ibrahim & Berg LLC and a member of their Commercial Litigation Group, Consumer Financial Services Litigation Group, and Insurance and Reinsurance Group.  

Richard received his J.D. degree from Seton Hall University School of Law in 2000.  He graduated from Fairfield University in 1994, receiving a B.A. in English.  Richard began his legal career as a law clerk to the Honorable Joseph C. Messina, Superior Court of New Jersey, Chancery Division, General Equity.  He is admitted to practice law in the States of New Jersey and New York and the United States District Court of New Jersey.
