Rudy S. Randazzo practices in Riker Danzig’s Governmental Affairs and Public Utilities Groups as well as its Products Liability, Toxic Tort and Mass Tort Group.  

Rudy is well versed in the counseling of public entity and private clients in many areas of law.  He has worked on matters for the Casino Reinvestment Development Authority, the New Jersey Schools Development Authority, the Delaware River Port Authority, several municipalities, Buckeye Pipe Line Company and Rockland Electric Company.  Rudy has experience in eminent domain, land use, access issues and real estate based litigation and has tried many cases.  

Rudy graduated from Rutgers University with a degree in archaeology where he pursued original research on important topics in modern archaeology.  He earned his law degree from Fordham University School of Law in 2008.  Rudy served on the Environmental Law Review and Moot Court team at Fordham Law School, where he received the Emmet J. McCormack Prize at graduation for Excellence in Admiralty Law.

Rudy was named to Morris/Essex Health & Life magazine’s “Top Lawyer” list for 2019 for his work in Eminent Domain.  Attorneys were selected for inclusion on the list by an online peer-voting process.
