Allergan Real Estate Project Wins United Way’s 2017 Impact Award

May 22, 2017

United Way of Northern New Jersey has awarded its 2017 Impact Award to Allergan’s office building in Madison, recognizing the company’s new headquarters as the commercial real estate project with the greatest positive impact on the northern New Jersey region this year.  Riker Danzig’s Real Estate Group represented Lincoln Equities Group in its contract for the development of 5 Giralda Farms for tenant Allergan Sales.  The transaction involved over $58 million in state incentives for Allergan.  Partner Cathleen Giuliana negotiated the lease for Lincoln. Nick Racioppi handled the rezoning, with Linda Herlihy obtaining the required governmental approvals. By signing the lease at 5 Giralda Farms, Allergan will not only be keeping 1,000 jobs in the state but has pledged to create an additional 300 new full-time jobs.

The award was announced at the annual United Way Commercial Real Estate Network Legacy Luncheon on May 19th in Whippany. Click here for the full article on NJBIZ.
