Kelly S. Crawford, Firm Co-Chair and head of the Firm’s Products Liability and Mass Tort Practice Group, was interviewed for a New Jersey Law Journal story on April 10, 2019 entitled “'An Ongoing Dialogue About How You Get It Done': Work-Life Choices Still in Forefront.” The article discusses the effects of parenthood on career development, particularly for women in the field of law. “To make it in a highly competitive field, especially litigation … you have to dedicate everything to that,” said Kelly. “You can’t do it all. People say you can, but you can’t,” she added. “I think the law industry in general is way behind the rest of the professional world when it comes to accommodations,” she said. “We have a long way to go.”
