Jim Meyer Presents on Renewable Energy Issues

On April 26, 2011, Jim Meyer, partner in the firm's Public Utilities and Energy Groups, gave a presentation on renewable energy issues and moderated a panel at the Spring CLE Program sponsored by the Public Utility Law Section of the New Jersey Bar Association. Jim presented an overview of the New Jersey regulatory scheme governing renewable energy projects, and moderated a panel addressing issues in the Solar, Wind and Biomass energy industries.
