“New Developments in Site Remediation” Seminar

Riker Danzig cordially invites you to join us for a morning seminar on developments in site remediation. The New Jersey Legislature and Department of Environmental Protection have enacted and are actively considering new requirements that alter or affect many aspects of the site remediation program.

We will discuss recently enacted changes, as well as those being considered, including:

 Grace Period Rule and enforcement
 Soil cleanup standards
 Vapor Intrusion Guidance
 Public notice and participation
 Child care center and school standards
 Proposals for legislative and regulatory reform, including licensed site professionals
 Redevelopment Agreement process

The seminar will be held at the Park Avenue Club in Florham Park on Tuesday, June 19th, with registration beginning at 8:00 a.m. The program will run from 8:30 to 11:30 a.m., followed by lunch.
