Riker Danzig Partner Stuart Lederman was quoted on the NJ.com website discussing the eminent domain case he is currently handling on behalf of the Casino Reinvestment Development Authority (CRDA). Stuart is representing the CRDA against a property owner, who is fighting the State Agency’s plan to condemn his investment property located in Atlantic City. Stuart is quoted defending the taking of the property that the CRDA intends to use for development, saying, “The city needs to survive, or thrive really, on something other than relying on casino revenue and casino jobs,” explaining that groups of parcels of land are needed to attract developers.
