Steven Davis

Steven Davis is an Associate in the Firm’s Commercial Litigation and Securities Litigation, Arbitration, Regulation and Investigations Groups.

Steven has extensive experience representing financial services professionals and broker-dealers in complex commercial litigation and business disputes in both state and federal courts, as well as FINRA expungement proceedings, employment transitions and regulatory inquiries and investigations.

Prior to joining Riker Danzig, Steven worked as an Associate with Winget, Spadafora & Schwartzberg, LLP in New York, NY.

Steven received his J.D. in 2013 from Hofstra University of Law. He received his B.S. in 2007 for Qualitative Economics from Tufts University.
