Bio
Linda M. Herlihy is an Associate with the Firm’s Real Estate Group, offering significant experience in complex commercial and residential real estate transactions and all aspects of land use and development matters before municipal, county, and state boards and agencies.
Prior to joining Riker Danzig, Linda was an attorney with Wells, Jaworski, Liebman & Paton, LLP, of Paramus, New Jersey. She earned her law degree from Brooklyn Law School in 1993 and her undergraduate degree from St. Bonaventure University in 1990.
Linda spent a total of 13 years on the Midland Park Zoning Board of Adjustment, 10 of them as the Chairperson.
Linda is admitted to practice in New Jersey, New York, and the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey.
