In the January 17, 2025 article, “NJ Securities Litigator Named Riker Danzig’s Co-Chair,” A.J. expressed his commitment to strengthening the Firm’s culture. “My primary goal is to further enhance our unparalleled culture through open communication and taking care of our people,” A.J. stated. He emphasized that one of the Firm’s main focuses this year is its planned move to the Giralda Farms complex in Madison, New Jersey, which he believes will allow the firm to "reimagine our work environment" with modern amenities and technology. The article also highlighted A.J.’s focus on expanding the practice areas through both organic growth and strategic external recruiting efforts. A.J. told Law360 that he plans to maintain an active legal practice representing financial institutions and securities firms while co-chairing the Firm.
