Insurance and Litigation Partner Tracey K. Wishert is speaking on "Pretrial Settlement Considerations" at PLI's Pretrial Practice 2025 event. The full-day program, presented by the Practising Law Institute, takes place April 29, 2025 at PLI New York in midtown Manhattan. Tracey, along with fellow panelists Marla Alhadeff, Hon. Michael A. Hammer, and Mark E. Segall, will be speaking at the 4:00 PM session and will cover:

- Using mediation – court-annexed and private
- Developing a negotiating strategy
