Riker Danzig is pleased to announce that Alan S. Gaynor has joined the Firm as a Partner in our Corporate Law Group.
With over three decades of corporate and transactional experience, Alan is a seasoned corporate attorney advising clients ranging from closely-held and midmarket companies to large public companies at every stage of their growth and evolution. He has led transactions in a variety of industries and deal types, across a broad spectrum of size and complexity, including equity, debt and hybrid financings, and mergers and acquisitions.
In addition to mergers and acquisitions and various financings, Alan also brings extensive experience with respect to the structuring of joint ventures, liquidations and dissolutions, business divorces, public company reporting and compliance, real estate investment trusts (REITS), and private investments in public equity (PIPES). His clients span a wide range of industries, including real estate, aerospace, health care, telecommunications, financial services and professional services. He also represents high net worth individuals and family offices in investment transactions.

Alan earned his J.D. from Boston College Law School in 1993 and his B.S. in Accounting from the State University of New York at Binghamton in 1987. He is admitted to practice in New York, New Jersey, and Massachusetts. Alan joins Riker Danzig from Seyfarth Shaw. Prior to his legal career, he worked in public accounting, where he developed expertise in corporate finance, financial accounting, auditing, and domestic taxation.
