Sara N. Goldman

Sara Goldman is an Associate in the Firm’s Intellectual Property Group, where she focuses on trademark prosecution and portfolio management. She represents clients across a range of industries, including entertainment, pharmaceutical, and medical technology, in all aspects of trademark protection, from clearance through registration.

Sara has developed particular experience managing large-scale trademark portfolios and high-volume application projects for globally recognized brands. Her practice includes conducting comprehensive trademark clearance searches and prosecuting applications before the USPTO, including preparing responses to Office Actions. Sara’s practice encompasses both U.S. and international trademark prosecution.

Sara received her J.D. from Brooklyn Law School and her B.A. from Brandeis University. During law school, she received an Intellectual Property, Media, and Information Law Certificate, and she served as Vice President of Operations for the Intellectual Property Law Association. Sara served as a legal intern for an intellectual property defense attorney’s office and for Calvin Klein while earning her J.D.
