On September 10th, Partner Stuart M. Lederman co-presented a Continuing Legal Education Seminar with Victor DiSanto, MAI on “Valuation Theory for Arbitrators and Mediators” to the Justice Marie L. Garibaldi American Inn of Court. Stuart discussed different valuation theories and the approaches neutrals should use when evaluating expert reports to resolve disagreements over what an asset, business, or claim is worth. A partner in the Firm’s Alternative Dispute Resolution Practice, along with its Governmental Affairs and Litigation practices, Stuart represents parties pursuing mediation, arbitration, and negotiated resolutions.
