Daniel A. Bloom, Counsel in Riker Danzig’s Bankruptcy and Corporate Restructuring Group, joined a Turnaround Management Association of New Jersey panel at its recent educational program. The program featured two panels of judges, attorneys, and restructuring professionals addressing current bankruptcy and legal issues.
Dan was joined by Don Clarke, partner at Pashman Stein Walder Hayden, P.C., and moderator Andrew Behlmann, partner at Lowenstein Sandler LLP, to discuss the rapidly evolving role of AI in bankruptcy law. They addressed how AI is transforming their work, the risks of relying on convincing but sometimes inaccurate answers, and the importance of protecting client information while making the most of these powerful tools.
