Anastasia B. Wohar

Anastasia B. Wohar is an Associate in the Firm’s Securities Litigation practice. Anastasia brings extensive experience in FINRA arbitration matters, securities litigation, and regulatory compliance, having most recently served as Director and Legal Counsel for Global Litigation Americas at UBS Financial Services Inc.

At UBS, Anastasia managed a portfolio of more than 40 matters including FINRA arbitration cases and state court litigation, regularly served as co-counsel in FINRA arbitration final hearings and coordinated with outside counsel on complex litigation matters. She also has substantial experience in complex corporate litigation and regulatory compliance.

Anastasia received her J.D. from St. Thomas University School of Law in 2012, where she served as Treasurer of the Student Bar Association. She received her B.S. in Mathematics from Ursinus College, with double minors in Politics/Pre-Law and Performing Arts.
