Bio
Casey A. Boyle is Counsel in Riker Danzig’s Insurance and Reinsurance Practice.
She represents insurance company clients in coverage litigation, bad faith litigation, and insurance defense litigation of a wide variety of disputes, including both first-party and third-party disputes involving property and casualty, general liability, and various other types of insurance coverages.
In addition, Casey has experience in the Cyber Liability area and has counseled clients regarding compliance obligations with cybersecurity and data privacy laws and regulations and cyber insurance coverage.
Her practice also includes a significant amount of complex commercial litigation. She practices in both the state and federal courts of New Jersey and New York.
Casey received her J.D. from Columbia University School of Law in 2010, where she was a member of the Columbia Science and Technology Law Review. She received a B.A., with distinction, from Yale University in 2007.
Prior to joining Riker Danzig, she was associated with Willkie Farr & Gallagher, LLP.
