Bio
Daniel A. Bloom is Counsel in the Firm’s Bankruptcy & Corporate Restructuring Group. Daniel has extensive experience representing debtors and secured and unsecured creditors, committees, indenture trustees, bondholders, trade creditors, landlords, and other key stakeholders in bankruptcy and corporate restructuring matters.
Daniel received his J.D., cum laude, from Fordham University School of Law. He graduated cum laude from Yeshiva University with a B.A. in Economics. While in law school, Daniel was a summer law clerk for the Honorable Allan L. Gropper, U.S. Bankruptcy Court, S.D.N.Y., and served as ADR Editor of the Fordham Urban Law Journal.
Prior to joining the Firm, Daniel was a bankruptcy and restructuring attorney at Curtis, Mallet-Prevost, Colt & Mosle LLP and Kaye Scholer LLP. He was also Staff Counsel for UJA-Federation of New York. Daniel is currently Co-Chair of the Partnerships and Outreach Subcommittee of the Jewish Bar Association of New Jersey and an elected member of the Democratic Committee of Bergen County.
