Daniel MacLane is an Associate in the Firm’s Governmental Affairs and Commercial Litigation Groups.
Daniel’s practice primarily focuses on litigation for both public entities and private clients.
For public entities, Daniel has represented and provided counsel to state authorities on matters including eminent domain litigation and land use issues. He has appeared in both Court and before local entities for an array of issues.
For private clients, Daniel has represented and provided counsel to contractors, property owners, and engineering firms for large commercial and construction litigation cases in both Federal and State Court. He has represented large private entities on both sides of litigation and has experience navigating litigation in New Jersey and New York.
Daniel is also a member of the Morris County Bar association.
Daniel received his J.D., cum laude, from the Seton Hall University School of Law in 2022 and was the Business and Publication Editor for the Seton Hall Legislative Journal, Vol. 46. While attending law school, Daniel worked as a student attorney for the Center for Social Justice at Seton Hall Law School where he provided legal representation to individuals facing eviction. He received his B.A., cum laude, from Rutgers University in 2018.
Following law school, Daniel served as a Law Clerk to the late Honorable Lisa P. Thornton, A.J.S.C., in the Superior Court of New Jersey, and subsequently to the Honorable Marc C. LeMieux, A.J.S.C.
