Bio

Desiree McDonald is an Associate in the Firm’s Labor and Employment and Litigation Groups.

Desiree received her J.D., cum laude, from Rutgers Law School – Newark in 2020, where she was on the Dean’s List. While there, she was the Senior Articles Editor for the Women’s Rights Law Reporter. She graduated from Montclair State University, cum laude, in 2016, with a B.A. in Linguistics, and she was on the Dean’s List.

During law school, Desiree interned for the Honorable Stuart J. Rabner, Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of New Jersey.

Desiree is a frequent author of posts on the Firm’s Banking, Title Insurance and Real Estate Litigation blog. One of her posts, “Bankruptcy Court May Exercise ‘Related to’ Jurisdiction Over Quiet Title Action,” was republished by the American Land Title Association in Title News Online on July 29, 2021.
