Diana Katz Gerstel

Bio

Diana Katz Gerstel is a Partner in the Firm’s Products Liability Group, focusing primarily on pharmaceutical and medical device litigation.

She has defended pharmaceutical and medical device manufacturers in state and federal actions, including the pelvic mesh and hernia mesh litigations.

In addition, Diana is experienced in professional liability litigation, defending professionals against claims of malpractice.

Diana is an active volunteer with Partners for Women & Justice, providing pro bono legal representation for victims of domestic violence.

While attending Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, she was the Articles Editor for the Cardozo Arts & Entertainment Law Journal. Diana earned a B.A. in French Literature from Smith College and an M.F.A. in Writing from Columbia University.

She then served as Law Clerk to The Honorable Robert J. Brennan, J.S.C., Superior Court of New Jersey, Morris County.
