Liz Small

Bio

Liz Small is Counsel in the Firm’s Securities Litigation, Arbitration, Regulation and Investigations Group. Liz has extensive in-house broker-dealer experience in internal investigations, as well as AML/sanctions, regulatory inquiries, and regulatory examinations.

Liz received her J.D. from Columbia University School of Law in 1997, where she was a James Kent Scholar and a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar. She received her B.A. in 1984 from Amherst College. Following law school, Liz served as a Law Clerk to the Honorable Richard Owen, U.S.D.J. for the U.S. District Court, Southern District of New York.

Prior to joining Riker Danzig, Liz was an Investigations Specialist for UBS Financial Services, Inc.
