Emma Lynch

Emma Lynch is an Associate in the Firm’s Products Liability, Toxic Tort and Mass Tort Group.

Emma received her J.D. from Fordham University School of Law in 2025, where she was included on the Dean’s List for the 2024-2025 school year. During her time in law school, she served as a Notes and Articles Editor for the Fordham Intellectual Property, Media, and Entertainment Law Journal and as a teaching assistant for a first-year legal writing program. She was a recipient of the Archibald R. Murray Public Service Award. Emma received her B.S. in Psychology, magna cum laude, from Villanova University in 2022, where she was included on the Dean’s List all semesters.

Prior to joining Riker, Emma served as a judicial law clerk for The Hon. Stuart A. Minkowitz of the New Jersey Superior Court and served as a judicial extern for The Hon. Jack M. Sabatino of the New Jersey Superior Court, Appellate Division, and The Hon. Gerald Lebovits of the New York Supreme Court.
