Hunt has appeared on emergent matters including enforcement of restrictive covenants and arbitration agreements in both state and federal courts. Hunt has also recovered millions of dollars for broker-dealers in employment-related matters, primarily arising from breaches of employment agreements.

In addition to his securities practice, Hunt routinely handles complex civil, business, and commercial disputes ranging from breach of contract to intellectual property disputes. He also focuses a portion of his practice monitoring the advancement of securities regulation and litigation relating to cryptocurrencies, digital assets, and blockchain technology.
