Jorge A. Sanchez is Counsel in Riker Danzig’s Commercial Litigation Group. His practice has included a variety of commercial litigation cases, with a particular focus on banking litigation and title insurance claims. He regularly handles title disputes, including claims and litigations involving mortgage fraud, forgery, mortgage priority disputes, boundary line disputes, and quiet title and ejectment claims, lender liability claims and commercial foreclosures.
Jorge received his law degree, cum laude, from Rutgers University School of Law – Newark in 2010 where he was Senior Notes Editor and Associate Editor of the Rutgers Law Record and became a member of the Order of the Coif. Jorge received his undergraduate degree, magna cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa, from Rutgers University – Rutgers College in 2005.
Jorge is a member of the Firm's Diversity Committee.
