Bio
Matthews A. Florez is an Associate in the Firm’s Commercial Litigation Group.
Matthews has experience drafting pleadings and briefs in a wide variety of commercial litigation matters in State and federal courts in New Jersey and New York.
Matthews received his J.D., cum laude, from Rutgers Law School in 2019. While there, he was the Commentaries Editor of the Rutgers University Law Review as well as a Teaching Fellow for the Minority Student Program. He received his B.A. in Finance from Rutgers University Business School in 2016.
Following law school, Matthews served as a Law Clerk for the Hon. Joseph L. Yannotti, P.J.A.D., New Jersey Superior Court, Appellate Division.
