​Robert N. Holup

Bio

Robert N. Holup is an Associate in the Firm’s Securities Litigation, Arbitration, Regulation, and Investigations Group. Robert earned his J.D. from George Washington University Law School in 2016, where he received the President’s Volunteer Service Award. He graduated with a B.S. in Economics and Finance from Florida State University in 2012. After law school, he was a Law Clerk to the Honorable Walter Koprowski, Jr., Superior Court of New Jersey, Chancery Division from 2016 to 2017.

Robert is on the Executive Committee for the New Jersey State Bar Association, Young Lawyers Division. In 2023 and 2021, he received the Young Lawyers Division’s “Service to the Community Award.” Prior to joining Riker Danzig, Robert was a Deputy Attorney General for the State of New Jersey, in both the Consumer Fraud Prosecution Section, where he represented the New Jersey Division of Consumer Affairs, and the Professional Boards Prosecution Section.
