Rudy S. Randazzo practices in the Firm’s Governmental Affairs and Public Utilities Groups, as well as its Products Liability, Toxic Tort, and Mass Tort Group.
Rudy is a well-rounded litigator who is versed in the counseling of both public entity and private clients.
He has represented several public and quasi-public entities in complex litigation, including the Casino Reinvestment Development Authority, the New Jersey Schools Development Authority, the Delaware River Port Authority, several municipalities, Buckeye Pipe Line Company, and Rockland Electric Company.
On the private side, Rudy has significant experience in construction litigation, eminent domain litigation, land use litigation, and general real estate litigation.
He has successfully conducted several trials, including jury trials, and has handled multiple appeals before the New Jersey Appellate Division and the New Jersey Supreme Court.
Rudy obtained a degree in archaeology from Rutgers University and went on to earn his law degree from Fordham University School of Law in 2008. Rudy served on the Environmental Law Review and Moot Court team at Fordham Law School, where he received the Emmet J. McCormack Foundation Prize for Admiralty Law.
