Real Estate partner James M. Maggio, Jr. is moderating a panel at the Bisnow New Jersey State of the Market conference on Wednesday, May 22, 2024 at the Somerset Corporate Center in Bridgewater. The conference will provide an all-encompassing look at New Jersey's commercial real estate future. Panels will dive into developing multifamily, innovative construction projects, as well as problem-solving office and strategic financing.
Jim will be moderating the "Investment Outlook: Assessing Market Trends & Deal Flow" panel from 9:30 AM – 10:15 AM, which will cover how developers, lenders and brokers are getting deals closed with creative capital stacks. It will also include an inside look into the negotiating table for sales, construction financing, plus debt and equity.
