The article included a profile of Mike, in which he was asked about his proudest professional achievement. Mike answered, "My proudest achievement has been staying rooted – in my family, my faith and my life outside of the office – while embracing the challenges of my professional career. Building a practice and leading a firm can be all consuming, but the work only means something because of the purpose behind it and the people I do it for. I’m proud of my firm and professional achievements, but I’m prouder still that my wife and kids know that I’ll be there for them and that my life has a broader purpose."
