Kelly S. Crawford, Firm Co-Chair and head of the Firm’s Products Liability and Mass Tort Practice Group, is speaking on June 13, 2024 at the Trial Attorneys of America’s annual meeting in Chicago. The “Short Circuits” panel starts at 9 AM and Kelly will be presenting on a few recent Third Circuit cases that impact products liability.
