Riker Danzig is a proud sponsor of the New Jersey School Boards Association’s “Workshop 2015: Partners in Student Achievement” conference, being held October 27 – 29 at the Atlantic City Convention Center.
Partner Brenda Liss will be participating in the popular “Mock Board” on Wednesday afternoon, October 28th in the Investors Bank Theatre on the Exhibit Floor of the Convention Center. The Mock Board provides a training opportunity in a relaxed atmosphere where a simulated board of education meeting takes place, highlighting key issues facing public schools in New Jersey. Brenda, a partner in Riker Danzig’s School Law Group, has been practicing in school law for more than 25 years, with clients including public school district boards of education as well as charter schools, independent schools, private schools for students with disabilities, and other parties who have disputes with schools and school districts.
