As a special Ramadan fundraiser organized by Riker Danzig associate Sarah Heba-Escobar, Riker Danzig partnered with the New Jersey Muslim Lawyer’s Association and Nourish.NJ to provide meals for community members in need. Nourish.NJ, located in Morristown, provides food, housing, work readiness, medical, social and educational services 365 days a year.
Riker Danzig employees made monetary donations to Nourish.NJ’s soup kitchen, including sponsoring meal bags of staple food items for a family of four, which were matched by the Firm. Several Riker employees and family members also volunteered at Nourish.NJ’s Free Farmers Market on April 21, 2023, distributing fresh fruit, vegetables, meat and dairy to community members.
