Stuart Lederman, a partner in Riker Danzig's Litigation and Governmental Affairs Groups, will be moderating a panel at the International March of the Living Robert H. Jackson Continuing Legal Education Program in Krakow, Poland on April 13, 2018. Entitled “The Role of Lawyers and Judges in the Holocaust,” the panel will cover the history of the conduct of lawyers and judges during the Nazi period. The International March of the Living is an annual event that first began in 1988. Each year, individuals from around the world gather and review the history of the Holocaust, examining the roots of prejudice, intolerance and hatred. The program is co-sponsored by The New Jersey State Bar Association and Rutgers University, The Miller Center for Community Protection and Resilience.
