Products Liability Partner Kelly Strange Crawford will be speaking on April 3rd at the “Mass Torts Judicial Forum” in New York. The conference will focus on many different areas of mass tort litigation, ranging from e-discovery in Mass Tort Litigation to the media in Mass Tort Litigation. Ms. Crawford will be participating on a panel starting at 1:45 PM entitled “Ethics in Mass Torts” and will be discussing attorney’s fees, common benefit fund, and expenses.
