Tax counsel Jason Navarino will be the instructor for the seminar "Partnership and Trust Agreements" hosted by the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants (NJCPA). This seminar will be held on Wednesday, November 5th at the Somerset Holiday Inn in Somerset, New Jersey.
The presentation will focus on partnership agreements and trust agreements. Jason will be speaking on partnership agreements and will also touch upon other topics including: maintaining capital accounts, profit and loss allocations, distributions and issuance of new partnership units.
